We are delighted to announce that we have been selected by UK Bathrooms as their new web development supplier to solidify their position as an industry-leading online retailer.

ukbathrooms.com is one of the largest premium branded eCommerce bathroom retailers in the country, specialising in brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Matki, hansgrohe, VitrA, Crosswater, Burlington & Ideal Standard.  Based in Ripon, North Yorkshire and founded in 2005, UK Bathrooms has seen rapid growth in recent years.

Building on their status as an early eCommerce pioneer, this latest digital investment is expected to further improve customer experiences and efficiency for both UK Bathrooms’ trade and consumer clients.

Commenting on this latest partnership with UK Bathrooms, our CEO Brannan Coady notes:

“We are thrilled to be working with the UK Bathrooms team to help accelerate their eCommerce platform and deliver an even better online experience to their customers.

We're also extremely proud to be working with a fellow North Yorkshire-based business, especially as they were one of the first companies in their industry to adopt and expand on an online-first model”

The UK Bathrooms team also share this excitement, as Chairman Graeme Borchard explains:

“We have always strived to be at the forefront of eCommerce within our sector.  We have significantly invested in our site over the past 15 years to give our customers the best online shopping experience possible.

Our strategic partnership with Netsells to build a new website and work on our backend processes represents a significant paradigm shift for the business as a whole, taking us to the next level and beyond. We can only achieve this by working with a company like Netsells.

They have diligently worked to understand every aspect of our business mapping each process and each stage. Together we are building an experience for our customers which we believe will be unsurpassed in the bathroom industry.”
